Jennifer Grace Baron
Jen is an Organization Development and Human Resources professional with twenty years of experience leading talent management and leadership development for companies such as eBay, Hewlett Packard, and Johnson and Johnson, in addition to consulting across a variety of industries. Jen has coached hundreds of leaders on building teams to achieve business outcomes through extraordinary talent alignment and engagement. Her coaching philosophy and program is designed to magnify the leader’s strengths and support them to activate passion, creativity, commitment and high-quality connections in themselves and the teams they lead. She especially enjoys partnering with leaders to support launches in new industries, companies, and roles, or in leading newly formed teams.
Jen is an accredited and experienced coach and cofounder of InspireCorps, a consulting firm dedicated to smart, sustainable inspiration for leaders, teams, and organizations. At the core, Jen believes business growth and sustainability is directly correlated to aligning business and people strategies and processes. Jen has a master’s degree in Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and is a certified organizational performance coach with the Newfield Institute. Jen is certified to deliver the following programs and assessments: MSCEIT, Insights Discovery, DISC, LMAP360, Human Performance Institute’s Corporate Athlete.
Jen lives in New Haven, Connecticut, and believes her best training ground is with her family, her husband, three kids, and her King Charles Cavalier Spaniel. She enjoys strength training, running obstacle courses, and traveling and foraging for inspiration and potential all around the world.
